The cohort is for leaders who want to transform economies and society and who believe we can do good and do well.
Participants work on the vision, capital strategies, and institutional relationships needed to advance their ambitions. Through shared learning and collaboration, they connect their influence, resources, and expertise to one another’s work.
This community strengthens each leader’s network of power and the collective capacity to take on significant challenges.

Public narrative and positioning
Build a public narrative that mobilizes people, shapes decisions, and earns support across institutions and sectors. Position your leadership and vision to influence the rules, priorities, and conversations that determine what becomes possible.
Finance and funding
Develop the financial understanding and capital strategies to move an ambitious vision into execution. Learn to connect funding sources, align investment with outcomes, and organize resources to sustain and expand significant change.
Organizational psychology and stakeholder engagement
Understand how power, incentives, and organizational behavior shape decisions. Build coalitions, align stakeholders within and across institutions, and create the shared commitment needed to turn bold ideas into coordinated action.
