I'm Betting On US|Bet On Yourself Too

Who am I?:
Hi, I’m Jeff Aguy. An everyday American like you. I’m a CEO who believes that the challenges we face as a country are too big and too complex for our elected officials to solve alone. That’s why I’m dedicating 50% of my time over the next 18 months—while running my family’s portfolio of companies—to listen, learn, and contribute to reclaiming the American Dream for everyone.

Whether you’re a farmer in the Midwest, a kid growing up in a resource-deprived urban core, a coal miner in Appalachia, or a recent graduate on the East Coast, you deserve a shot at prosperity too. The American Dream I fell in love with at seven years old should be within reach for everybody.
Everyday Americans are struggling, but I believe we can turn things around—by betting on each other.
HOW I'M BETTING ON YOU:
You’ve read that our vision calls for civic engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and investment at scale. That’s the big picture. But I’m a practical guy, and I bet you are too. You want to know exactly what I’ll be doing to bet on us.

I’m traveling across the country, visiting cities that represent the diverse fabric of America—not to sightsee, but to listen, learn, and contribute.

I’m listening. I’ve spent over 15 years as a business leader advising senior executives and major institutions, but I know that you understand your city and your experience better than I ever could.
-
I’m learning. I firmly believe we don’t have to reinvent the wheel. The solutions already exist. My goal is to learn how different communities are tackling their challenges and find the common threads that connect them.
-
I’m contributing. In my business life, I’m a high-paid advisor specializing in organizing people and capital at scale for economic growth. I’m bringing that expertise to the table—helping cities and communities unlock solutions that work for their unique challenges and opportunities.
Because betting on us means betting on you—and together, we can reclaim the American Dream.
